Faiba data bundles can grouped in two; normal data only bundles with one day, seven or 30 day validity periods and the combo data plans that are an all in one plan that come with data, call minutes and SMS.

1. Kifaru.
For Ksh.1,500 monthly enjoy 30 GB data, unlimited on-net calls and SMS, 200 minutes and SMS off net valid for 30 days.
2. Ndovu.
This plan gives you 600 GB of data, unlimited on net calls and SMS and 5,00 minutes and SMS off net all for Ksh.2500 valid for one month.
3. Simba.
Get 900 GB data, unlimited off net calls and SMS plus 700 off net minutes and SMS for Ksh.4000.

How to buy Faiba data bundles.

There are three ways you can use to subscribe to any data plan of your choice:
Using USSD.
  • On your Faiba sim, dial *544# or *111#.
  • Select your preferred bundle plan.
  • Confirm your purchase.
Through the self care platform.
Go to http://selfcare.jtl.co.ke/home, scroll down to select the data plan of your choice, then click  on buy to get the plan.
Using the Faiba app.
This is an all in one Faiba 4G app  available on Google Play store.
To buy bundles using the faiba app:
  • Download the app if you haven't already.
  • Sign up if you're using the app for the first time. Otherwise sign in.
  • Go to 'buy bundle ' option.
  • Select your preferred data bundle from the list given.
  • Confirm your details including the faiba mobile number and your M-Pesa number.
  • Enter your M-Pesa Pin to complete the purchase.
The app also allows you manage all your Faiba subscriptions including:
  • Purchase of airtime.
  • Buy bundles
  • Check airtime and bundle balances
  • View account statements and invoices for fixed lines.
  • Locate Faiba stores near you using the inbuilt store locator

How to top up your Faiba line.

If you would like to top your line, you can use any of the following methods.
1. Buy a recharge card at any Faiba shop.
If you're near a Faiba shop then you can buy a scrach card and follow the usual top up procedure.
2. Through Lipa Na Mpesa.
To top up from Mpesa:
  • Go to Mpesa Paybill.
  • Enter Business number 776611.
  • Enter your Faiba mobile number as the account number e.g 0747 xxx xxx.
  • Enter the top up amount.
  • Confirm and enter your Mpesa pin then OK to complete the purchase.
3. Using Equitel.
Equitel allows it's subscribers purchase airtime for any line including Faiba:
