Announced May 29th 2020 together with the Nokia C2 Tennen and Nokia C5 Endi, The Nokia C2 Tava with a price of Ksh. 7,500 is another great entry level Smartphone from HMD Global that was excusively ment for Cricket USA.

The C2 Tava just like the Nokia C2 Tennen has a more classical look that reminds us of the earlier Nokia Android phones with thick bezels at the top and bottom of the phone.

It features a 5.45 inch IPS LCD screen with a HD+ display resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels the same as the C2 Tennen, Nokia C1 Plus and the Nokia C2, all entry level Nokia Smartphones.

The phone is powered by a Mediatek Helio A22 chipset, an entry level processor that's mostly famous with low budget smartphones including the Infinix S5 and Nokia 2.1 among other budget phones. The processor is packed by 2GB RAM, quite enough for such a phone and you have an option to choose between 16 or 32GB of internal storage.

The C2 Tava comes with Dual rear Cameras made up of a primary 8MP sensor and another 2 MP lens the same as in the C2 Tennen. In front is a single 5MP selfie camera that can also shoot 720p videos.

The battery is a 3,000 mAh removable Li-po with 10W fast charge, the basic that you can get in a Smartphone. However small as it is, the battery can last you upto 2 days with a single charge on normal use.

The Nokia C2 Tava is expected to have a price of between Ksh. 7,500 and Ksh. 9,999 once it becomes available in the country.
