Announced March 23rd this year, the OnePlus 9 Pro becomes the most advance OnePlus smartphone ever joining other flagships already released this year including the Xiaomi Mi 11, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Oppo Find X3 Pro and the Vivo X60 Pro+.  
The OnePlus 9 Pro price currently starts at around $1069.99 joining the league of other flagship phones at this price tag including the Samsung Galaxy S21. 
The phone features a 6.7 inch LTPO Fluid 2 AMOLED display with 1 Billion colors. It has an amazing QHD display resolution of 1440 x 3216, almost the same as the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Xiaomi Mi 11. It also supports 120Hz dynamic refresh rate that can automatically adjust between 1 and 120 Hz better than the 10 to 120 Hz of the Galaxy S21 Ultra. 
This is a high quality phone display by any standards and the 525 ppi pixel density is among the highest ever in a smartphone display. The HDR10+ also adds to the overall quality and the 1300 nits maximum brightness ensures you can comfortably use this phone outdoors even in direct Sunlight.
As expected, OnePlus settled for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, a 5nm fabricated chipset that's currently the best Smartphone processor. This is also the same processor in the Mi 11, Vivo X60 Pro+ and the US variant of the Galaxy S21 Ultra. 
The processor is supported by  8 or 12 GB RAM, more than enough for any form of multitasking or gaming. The 8GB variant has 128GB of internal storage while the 12GB one has 512GB both having no external SD card support.
 Like many phones, the OnePlus 9 Pro comes with a Quad-core camera setup with a 48MP primary lens, a 8Mp telephoto with 3x optical zoom, a 50MP Ultrawide lens and a 2MP depth sensor.

The Good news is that the OnePlus 9 Pro is way more affordable compared to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, bit if the price is still way too high for you there are a number of alternatives including the Vivo X60 series, the Galaxy S20 Series and the Nokia 8.3.
