The Snapdragon 865 is a 5th generation chipset from Qualcomm announced late 2019 and powered many 2020 flagship smartphones including the Samsung Galaxy S20 Series.
It is a 7nm fabricated 64-bit Octa-core chipset with a top CPU clock-speed of up to 2.84 GHz making it one of the fastest mobile processors around.
The Snapdragon 865 is a 5g chipset with the Snapdragon X55 5G modem which can achieve multi-gigabit speeds up to 7.5 Gpbs download speeds and up to 3 Gbps upload speeds.
Another highlight of this Processor is the Qualcomm Spectra 480 ISP capturing professional photos and videos supporting Dolby Vision capture, 8k video recording, 200MP photo capture and simultaneously capture 4k HDR videos and 64MP photos.
The chipset is also a gaming powerhouse with desktop gaming experience on mobile with updatable GPU drives.
